Ønsker du ro, havudsigt og et lækkert sommerhus. Velholdt sommerhus i naturskønne omgivelser med en enestående panorama udsigt over havet samt kuperet terræn, mark og skov. i kort afstands findes den hyggelige lille landsby Faldsled med lystbådehavn . Der er kort afstand til indkøbsmuligheder i både Fåborg og Horne. Fåborg med mange indkøbsmuligheder, havn med afgang til de mange sydfynske øer, ligger kun 5 km væk. Vær opmærksom på at jeg ikke bruger gift på min grund. Så ukrudt vil forekomme.

Tag på Feddet ved Tipperne tæt på havet og fjorden

Skønt sommerhus beliggende i Bork Hytteby 2 km fra Bork Havn og med udsigt til naturreservatet Tipperne. Huset er indrettet med 2 soveværelser samt en hems, bedst eget til max 4 personer. På badeværelset er vaskemaskine og tørretumbler til fri afbenyttelse. Køkkenet er veludstyret og indeholder også mikrobølgeovn samt opvaskemaskine. Sommerhuset er beliggende på en 600 m² stor naturgrund. Der er 6km til vesterhavet. Falen Å løber tæt ved huset, og er fantastisk til paddleboard, kajakroning.

Nordsøen (The North Sea) , relaxed, cosy

The house is situated in a great spot in the middle of the beautiful Fanø nature only 300m from the sea. The house has a ground floor and first floor and is 89m2. There is big patio in front of the house connecting the livingroom to the outside on a sunny day and a large patio at the back. On the ground floor there is a dining room, bathroom and two bedrooms (beds are 200cm long). On the first floor there is a balcony partially overlooking the sea, TV room with big couch and a beedroom

Anneks på solskinsøen Samsø

Vores anneks består af soverum med tekøkken og badeværelse med brus. Der er en dobbeltseng, spiseområde og køkken med køleskab, el-kedel, brødrister og kombiovn. (Ingen kogeplade) Der er gratis kaffe/te. Der er terrassedør ud til privat fliseterrasse med havemøbler og gasgrill. Det er muligt at have bil/ cykler parkeret på parkeringplads. SuperBrugsen ligger 100m og netto 400m. Der er biograf ca 50m herfra og flere forskellige spisesteder i nærheden. Annekset ligger op til et grønt område.

Lovely new fully furnished cottage 100 meters from kid-friendly Hvidbjerg beach and 40 km from Legoland! New wooden floors and lots of cozy details with a fireplace in the living room. Nice new bathroom with floor heating, washing machine, new kitchen with dishwasher. 2 bedrooms (in each 1 double bed) and a living room where 2 people can sleep on the sofa bed (living room but not heated). TV and fast Wifi are included. Lovely enclosed garden for barbecue.

The house is a little low ceilinged in the kitchen.

It is located in a unique protected area as the only cottage. It is a lovely cottage for those who want to enjoy nature in peace and quiet. You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. If you like paragliding, there are opportunities within 200 m, kite surfing within 500 m. Please notis Electricity must be paid separately, water is included

På smuk naturgrund, tilbagetrukket fra vejen ligger vores hyggelige sommerhus. Gennemmoderniseret med nyt køkken, badeværelse, tag og facade. Desuden er der anlagt træterrasse mod både syd og vest, så man kan nyde morgensolen, middagssolen og aftensolen. Huset har varmepumpe der let kan holde huset varmt. Der er også en brændeovn som supplement. (Medbring selv brænde eller køb det på øen) Der er desuden chrome-cast til fjernsynet.
