Find yourself in a secluded location with surrounding mountain and lake views! We are only 5 minutes drive to the center of Queenstown. Our private studio apartment has everything you need for a relaxing get away. It has its own separate entrance and is private, we do live upstairs, so we are here if you need anything, but respect your privacy. We have a cardeck to park on, instructions will be with your check in details for parking. This is a home, not hotel so we hope you enjoy 😀

Great views and a full kitchen on Queenstown Hill

Keep it simple at this peaceful yet centrally located place. You will have panoramic views of the mountains and lake, while still having easy access to Queenstown’s bars, restaurants, shops, and activities. Free parking is available on a quiet culdesac. Central Queenstown is a 30-40 min walk (steeply downhill). The apartment is on the lower level of our property, and has great WiFi for working. The separate entrance and outdoor balcony area make it perfect for couples wanting privacy.

Wifi and TV. Bed is set up as a super king but can be separated to accommodate 2 single beds on request. Keyless electronic entry.

Located right on the lake front of Lake Hayes this stylish alpine apartment is absolutely perfect for your stay. Incredibly warm with all day sun even in winter. Central location close to everything. Spectacular sunset views over the lake. Top cafes and restaurants nearby. Five min drive into Arrowtown and base of Coronet Peak in 10 min. Close to all ski fields. Avoid the traffic. Peaceful and quiet location. Friendly and helpful hosts who live upstairs. Simply perfect!!

The Studio is situated on a small hill a short 15 minutes stroll to downtown Queenstown. With all the amenities you will need to make your stay as enjoyable as possible including a kitchen, washing machine, & lovely warm gas heating & hotwater. Supermarkets, Restaurants & Adventure Activities are just 10 minutes away. The spectatular views speak for themselves & being so close to Queenstown means you can get around on foot & forget the worries of parking.

Private unit, (attached to a main house) one bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, living area, hot tub, and outside sitting area over looking the marina and The Remarkables. Cafe's, brewery, wine bars 2 minute walk. Please note it's a shared drive way, and the spa is on the drive way we absolutely respect every guests privacy. we will be sharing the driveway to enter the property, but two separate entrances. Please note two guests only as it is small and cosy.
