Cosy Yurt Hideaway South Downs National Park.

Hand built by myself & Granny Mongolia, the Yurt is a mix of traditional Mongolian design & bohemian chic. As you enter the yurt you will instantly notice a sense of calm & grounding, an ideal retreat from a hectic lifestyle. Surrounded by countryside, the yurt is home to many Mongolian artefacts gifted to me by Granny Mongolia. It features a charcoal bbq & stove. Entire guest house studio - West Sussex

Stay in our lovely bright studio annexe, in the grounds of our house on the outskirts of Billingshurst. Ideally situated to explore West Sussex we are close to Petworth, Parham House, Arundel and the South Downs National Park. The Studio has a comfortable King size bed, seating area, kitchen with 2 ring hob, microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine and a fully fitted bathroom. There is also a freeview TV and Wifi. The Studio is independent of the main property and has its own parking space.

Rural self contained cabin retreat

Poplar Farm Cabin is located within the South Downs National Park, in the grounds of the owner's property at Poplar Farm. The cabin provides a eco-friendly, cosy, self contained retreat in the hamlet of Toat, West Sussex. It is a 10 minute walk to the River Arun, the Wey and Arun Canal. Stunning views over the farm, and it's horses, cows, sheep and free range chickens. The cabin has: free fast wifi access suitable for remote working, private parking, footpath/bridleway from our entrance.

Our hideaway offers the perfect getaway. Soak up the peace and quiet, take in the amazing view and relax surrounded by ancient woodland, only 50 miles from London. The Shed down the Field .Hidden gem private garden

The SHED is ideally located in the beautiful West Sussex countryside just outside the South Downs National Park and a short drive from the coastThere are lovely walking and cycling routes straight from the door. We are well situated for trips to Goodwood ,Fontwell and Cowdray Park.The towns of Guildford,Brighton ,Chichester,Arundel and Petworth are all nearby. Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads as there is no fenced area. A travel cot for babies is available.but bedding not provided

IVY COTTAGE

Georgian grade 2 listed stone built cottage in the historic centre of Pulborough near Southdowns overlooking the medieval church. It retains its old character but has modern amenities and comfort with plenty of space. The large conservatory overlooks the pretty cottage garden with a secluded sitting area. The house is quiet despite being close to the A29 road and is 5 minutes walk from the station and Tesco and footpaths easily accessible. Beaches and Goodwood are within 20 minutes.

Nightingale Cabin

Nestled in the village of Amberley at the foot of the Downs. The hand-built, eco-friendly wood cabin is in the shaded, far corner of the 1 acre plot, facing south towards downland, across fields and a small pond where water birds gather. The cabin is full of rustic charm. It is a completely secluded and tranquil place, ideal for nature lovers and those seeking a short-term escape from the hassle and bustle of city life. It provides a perfect retreat for writers or artists.

The nearest local pub is a 30 minute walk away. Within easy reach of Arundel, Goodwood, Cowdray Park, Petworth, the South Downs and seaside. Self contained accommodation with independent access and off street parking, located near principle house.

Light and airy self-contained annexe with stunning views of the River Arun. Attached to our family home but with your own entrance and off-road parking. You're welcome to launch your Kayak/SUP straight onto the Arun from the bottom of our garden (please just let us know if you plan to). The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, oven/hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. We provide cereals, milk, tea & coffee.
