The Prescott Place is a fully furnished, private one bedroom with a queen bed, plus loft with 2 twin beds and futon. Full kitchen and bathroom. Downtown Prescott Courthouse Square is just 1.3 miles and .5 mi to the Rodeo grounds. Minutes to dining, hiking, biking, parks and shopping. Creek side Cabin. 1.5 miles to downtown Prescott

Our creek side cabin was a Bunkhouse for worker housing when there was a sawmill on this site in 19th Century Prescott. The unique bunkhouse-style floor plan is about all that is left of those days -- you will stay where the mill workers lived. They shared a bathroom (now, that's all yours) that opens out to the yard, as do all the rooms. Access to the bathroom is through the bedroom. . Drive up early, check in at noon, and enjoy lunch on Whiskey Row!. Note. Bunkhouse ceiling height is 7 feet.

Granite Mountain views is a spacious studio that is a walk out below our home, fully furnished. Only access is from the outside. We do live above the studio. There is a kitchenette, large bathroom, Queen bed, full sofa sleeper, and no carpeting. There is parking on site and a private deck to enjoy. It is 5.4 miles to historic downtown Prescott, 4.5 miles to the “Worlds Oldest Rodeo”, 1.4 miles to Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, and 11 miles to PV Event Center. Come enjoy Prescott!
