It consists of a separate bedroom with double bed, kitchen with dining area, extra bed suitable for 1 to 2 small children or 1 adult, bathroom with toilet, terrace. Nalazi se u malom gradiću Otočac. Suvremeno uređen apartman koji se sastoji od dvokrevetne sobe,sobe s bračnim krevetom,kupaone, te kuhinje sa dnevnim boravkom sa izlazima na balkone. U sklopu objekta je i prostrano dvorište, te besplatno parkirno mjesto. Objekt je smješten na kilometar udaljenosti od našeg bisera rijeke Gacke, također utočište medvjeda u Kuterevu, nacionalni park Velebit, nacionalni park Plitvice, te sami izvor rijeke Gacke, u Sincu, u kojem se mogu posjetiti i stari mlinovi.

Beach Apartment in Stara Novalja

Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. This appartment is best option for family who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :)

Calm and quite villa with lot of green in big yard and the beach of private characteristics. Only three apartments in this Villa guarantee a pleasant stay without the crowds. The apartments are spacious, with large terraces overlooking the sea and are fully equipped with all furniture, appliances and air conditioning. The beach is accessed by several steps from the yard. It has a sandy part suitable for small children, shade but a concrete pier and access by boat.

The apartment is part of a new built house where only natural materials like old recycled stones and bricks were used which give it a special Mediterranean charme.

Perched on steep rocks, 30m above the sea level, this idyllic studio is a perfect getaway for a much needed vacation. Surrounded by a vegetation reserve of Dubrava-Hanzine, it offers a luxurious experience - the sweeping views of the Pag Bay and the mountain range of Velebit, for one.
