N of Los Angeles. The Tulare Ag center is in town and it is 49 miles to the Sequoia National park entrance plus the central California coast is 2 hours away. The house has central AC and an Instant water heater for the house so you can have back-to-back hot showers! It's super clean and a great location

We are conveniently located 35 miles to Sequoia National Park, 55 miles to Kings Canyon National Park, and a 2 hr drive to Yosemite. Downtown, shopping and restaurants are just minutes away. We have a game room & amazing outdoor area with a putting green and a private fenced pool and huge yard on the River Island golf course. Please note that the pool is not heated. Springville is 3 hours North of LA, 3.5 hours south of San Jose in the foothills of the Sierra mountains. We are 90 minutes South of Sequoia National Park and 45 minutes from Balch Park, home of the largest trees on earth.
