Located in a safe, quiet, wooded, country neighborhood close to Grand Haven, and Holland, with access to many parks, beaches, and golf courses. Our comfortable and spacious 1 bedroom apartment with breathtaking views of the Kalamazoo River is the perfect respite if you're looking to relax and be one with nature. A beautiful and peaceful retreat!!! Just minutes from the many area beaches, attractions, wineries, breweries, restaurants, shopping, vineyards, orchards, wineries, and Downtowns Saugatuck, Douglas, Fennville, South Haven and Holland. This is a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle, but only a few minute drive to town.

Nestled in the woods on the northside of Holland just into Port Sheldon Township. Close to township beaches/parks and just 3 miles from Pigeon Lake public boat launch, which is connected to Lake Michigan. Home was remodeled in 2022, including new kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops. Home is on bike path that leads to downtown Holland (6 miles) and Grand Haven (14 miles). A couple miles north of home is Sandy Point Beach House restaurant with outdoor bar and seating area. Beautiful area!!

Two reserved parking spaces. 100% updated. The building dates to the 1890's and all the brick and flooring is original, but everything else is new while the character has been preserved.

Located in the Holland area, 20 min. to Grand Rapids, Grand Haven, Saugatuck, Lake Michigan. Use of the hot tub is most likely but not guaranteed. Please ask if it is important for your stay.
