Walking distance to restaurants and shops on retro row, a stones throw to the beach and a short bike ride or drive to Belmont shore and downtown. Our home has kept its old style charm but has all the modern amenities you need. Central AC, washer dryer, & stocked kitchen. We also have beach towels & beach chairs. About 1 mile to 2nd Street in Belmont Shore, 2 miles to downtown LB and 2.5 miles to the new 2nd & PCH outdoor mall and marina. Public transport, groceries and laundry within a couple blocks of the apartment. The space is very nicely appointed and will have AC as of June 2, 2025!
