Apartment Tullio, located in the rooftop of a family house above the Old town is the proud winner of the Home and Design magazine’s award as The Best Attic Apartment in Croatia for 2017. We are immensely proud of our achievement as this is a family (ad)venture where we combined our visions and decorative flares without any professional assistance in designing our space. Apartment NEBO with infinity swimming pool

NEBO is located in a newly renovated attic of a two hundred year old house just outside the City Walls. The distance from the south entrance and drawbridge is just 50 yards. The apartment can accommodate four people, as it consists of a double bed bedroom and two extra beds in the living room. There is also a kitchen, living room, and bathroom. It has a private terrace and a shared infinity swimming pool. NEBO is part of the house which consists of three apartments, MORE, SUNCE, and NEBO.

Sleep in One of the Oldest Homes in Old Town Dubrovnik

This is one of the oldest houses within the walls of the Old town of Dubrovnik, written documents say it has survived the Great earthquake in 1667. Down the street Od sigurate there is a monastery within there is one of the oldest small churches which dates back to 11th century (40 meters from the apartment). Main Street Stradun is just 70 meters away at the bottom of the street Od sigurate. Franciscan Monastery, Sponza palace, Orlando statue, St. Blaise's Church, Rector's Palace.

1913 loft w/picturesque view, steps from Old Town!

Relax in this beautiful 1913 loft! The house was lovingly built with stone, beamed ceilings, and antique elements for a grand yet charming feel. Unobstructed view of old town and endless Adriatic sea are at your fingertips. The house is situated on Ploce Gate, one of the Old Town's two main entrances. Despite the fact that we are in the heart of the city, the place feels tranquil and remote.
