We have an array of things to do with local cafes, fishing club, kayaking, paddle boarding, golf and tennis clubs, and great walks all on our doorstep. Want to do a day trip to the Wairarapa region we can help. The apartment is totally self contained and has its own private access. It also enjoys its own deck, luxury bathroom and kitchen. A king sized bed is the icing on the cake. We can provide meals as required. We can help you with any travel planning throughout New Zealand - and arrange your itinerary. We can take you on day trips to our local wine region if desired and drop off and pick you up from the central city of tequired. Nothing is too much trouble. If you would like a picnic packed we can do that too. Set in a modest seaside village outside of Wellington, the property is a short walk or drive away from a number of cafes, pubs, and acclaimed fish and chips spots. The beach is just steps away. We are a 25 minute train ride to central Wellington or the kapiti coast. We have kayaks, bikes, fishing gear, paddle board available.

The Gatehouse Treehouse in Pukerua Bay

Unwind in this modern treehouse with all the comforts of home. Surrounded by trees, you can see tui and piwakawaka by day and often hear ruru at night. Just off the main road through Pukerua Bay and close to the beach and Escarpment Track, this tiny home is easy to find. With a full kitchen and a barbecue in the private courtyard, eating in is a breeze. Picnic on the beach with takeaways from our local food truck, or eat out in one of the neighbouring villages. Relax and enjoy our friendly Bay.

Welcome to Mana View Terraces, a new 2-bed apartment with stunning alfresco dining, inlet views and bird song. Surrounded by some of New Zealand’s most scenic picnic spots, boat sheds, beach sunsets, walking and biking trails. So close to: Paremata cafes and shops (5 min walk or 2 min drive) Ngatitoa Domain, Mana train station (10min walk or 3 min drive) Plimmerton Beach, cafes and restaurants (15 min walk or 5 min drive) Walk to the Cambourne walkway around the beautiful Pauhatahanui inlet.

Mount Welcome Shearers Cottage

This is a romantic little cottage with a lovely ensuite and kitchenette. Enjoy a comfy Queen sized bed and cotton linens. The cottage has its own garden next to the homestead. Just moments from the l Escarpment track and the train station making it very easy to get into Wellington cbd (35mins). Our neighbours are developing the land so we are expecting noise this coming summer during the daytime but its sporadic, hence the lower than usual rates. If your dates are unavailable please ask.

Explore up the coast - 10 minute drive to Paekākāriki's popular cafes, or drive 20 minutes north to Paraparaumu for shops and supermarkets.
