Situated on the edge of the Pauatahanui Inlet, just 5 minutes from the motorway exit this small yet perfectly formed home was built in 2025 to make the most of the stunning water, country and sunset views. Parking right at the door, and all single level access. Access to the picturesque Pauatahanui boardwalk and just a 10 min walk back to the village where there is a cafe, cinema and dairy, or a paddleboard in the inlet.

We have set up a new work desk area too. There is close public transport to the city and access to water on both sides!
