Stellar location...easily park and walk to historic sites! Spacious and modern inside but a classic Southern home on the outside. Lots of room to grill out or lounge around the heated saline pool. Beautiful views of the famed Mission from the upper/lower porches. And you'll appreciate how well stocked this home is too...if we don't provide it you probably don't need it! The cozy upper level apartment with a queen bed in the master bedroom with bath and double and single beds in the second bedroom with bath is perfect for 1-5 guests. A short 8-10 minute walk allows visitors to explore the many downtown historic sites, museums & restaurants. Free parking for one car on our lot. There is free street parking for additional cars (except from Nov 15th-Jan11th Nights of Lights).

The Castle Cottage

Tucked away in the trees of Vilano Beach is a little known magical hideaway, the Castle Cottage. This cottage was hand-crafted by a master carpenter in the 80s and displays beautiful woodwork throughout. This perfect getaway location allows you to be free from the crowds but still within five miles of downtown St. Augustine. It is located within a half mile of three popular local restaurants and only steps to the beach! It also features a magnificent view of the nearby Castle Otttis.
