The outside of the property boasts a beautiful pond and dock to have a relaxing place to sit and enjoy the sunshine and fresh air. It does not have a kitchen or bathroom. There is a large common area with a bathhouse and outdoor kitchen less than a minute walk away. The cabin does not have air conditioning, but several large ceiling fans and insulation keeps the cabin comfortable in summer.
