L'alloggio si trova presso un podere di campagna, a 5 minuti in auto dal centro di Volterra. Superata Porta Diana, si percorre un breve tratto della strada Comunale di S. Margherita fino all'accesso di una strada bianca, l'indicazione Bosco dell'Iris Nero vi conduce, lungo un percorso di 900 metri, alla locazione. Qui vi sono castagni, ulivi, fiori e la piacevole vista della valle. Si possono incontrare caprioli, istrici e cinghiali. Il cuculo, l'upupa, il picchio abitano il bosco circostante.

We are in the middle of nature, but at the same time not far from population centers. We also propose to join unique experiences such as wine tasting, Tuscan dinner+olive oil presentation and pasta cooking classes!

The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price and not available on Sunday.
