One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Ansitz Stachelburg -Wohnen in historischen Mauern

A 15 minuti da Bolzano e Merano si trova un elegante appartamento di 65mt a due piani con ingresso autonomo,composto da soggiorno\cucina, una camera da letto (letto francese) e un bagno, per offrirvi un confortevole soggiorno. L’appartamento si trova in una posizione adatta per raggiungere in pochi minuti i famosi mercatini di Natale. L’appartamento si trova in un castello del 16 secolo. Al pianoterra del castello si trova un piccolo ristorante, dove è possibile trascorrere una bella serata.

Die Ferienwohnung „Panorama“ mit Holzboden (ebenerdig) hat 42 m² und Platz für max. 4 Pers. (Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer und Doppel-Schlafsofa - mit richtiger Matratze - in Wohnküche). Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit Wohnküche, Esstisch, Bad mit Dusche/Bidet, Schlafzimmer, Wlan, einem Balkon und einem Garagenstellplatz. Haustiere sind in der "Panorama" (mit Anmeldung) willkommen. Der Garten und der Kinderspielplatz kann, an der 100 Meter entfernten Ferienwohnung "Natura", mitbenützt werden.

Unser Haus befindet sich in Lajen-Ried, auf 780 Höhenmetern, am sonnigen Südhang am Eingang ins Grödnertal - der idaele Ausgangspunkt für Ihren Schi- und Wanderurlaub. Lajen-Ried ist eine Streusiedlung inmitten von Feldern, Wiesen und Wäldern. Die direkte Umgebung ist eine Traumkulisse für Wanderer und Radfahrer. Genießen Sie Ihren Urlaub in der Natur, beim Spazierengehen,beim Pilzesammeln oder beim Radfahren im Wald. Wir befinden uns im Herzen von Südtirol und sind sehr zentral gelegen.

The newly renovated apartment, flooded with sunlight, is located on the second and last floor of the house in a quiet side street to Untertorplatz, the entrance to the historic town centre of Sterzing/Vipiteno. Despite its central location, you will enjoy the view of the side valleys and the local mountain Rosskopf. the apartment is a perfect starting point for hikes, tours, skiing fun, as well as for exploring Sterzing's culture, Christmas market, culinary hot spots and boutiques.

El acogedor apartamento "Innerwalten 100" se encuentra en Walten (Valtina), un pintoresco pueblo de montaña a 1.300 m de altitud, perteneciente a San Leonardo in Passiria. El amplio alojamiento tiene capacidad para 8 personas y dispone de un gran salón-dormitorio con 1 cama doble y 2 sofás cama para 2 personas cada uno. Además, cuenta con 1 dormitorio independiente con cama doble y una pequeña cocina equipada con 2 fuegos y una nevera pequeña. El baño es espacioso y tiene bañera.

El apartamento de 50m² consta de un salón, una cocina bien equipada con lavavajillas, un dormitorio y un cuarto de baño, por lo que tiene capacidad para 4 personas. Los servicios adicionales incluyen Wi-Fi (apto para videollamadas), televisión vía satélite, una cuna y una trona.
