Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Sea View Villa Cala Royal is located in a beautiful Istrian town of Krnica, within walking distance of 3 restaurants, a grocery shop, and a bakery, just 2 km to the sea, beach, and harbor! The villa has its own private infinity poolfrom 27 April to 30 September)and a nice garden with an automated irrigation system. The garden is fenced. The sea view is offered from a part of the BBQ area and from the master bedroom with a balcony :) The villa is modern, comfortable, and tastefully furnished.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.
