Two miles from the village of Kinloch Rannoch at the head of the loch, the Bothy is an ideal base for outdoor adventures, observing wildlife or a relaxing escape from the city.

The Cabin, Rannoch Station

Located at Rannoch Station on the edge of Rannoch Moor in the Scottish Highlands one of Europe's last wilderness areas. Breakfast basket provided inc tea, coffee, bread, eggs, milk, butter, jam and porridge. Wood burning stove ensures you are warm and snug whatever the weather - fuel free of charge. Perfect for walking, kayaking, cycling, climbing the many hills and mountains in the area or simply relaxing for a few days and enjoying the nature. Overnight sleeper is a great transport option.

Restored Pump House - 6 miles from Perth

This unique dwelling was originally a water pumping house for the local village and was restored in 2020. Just 6 miles from Perth, this tiny house offers access to miles of glorious Perthshire countryside. With plenty of private parking, quirky ladder to the mezzanine sleeping area, wood burner, underfloor heating plus modern fixtures and fittings, The Old Pump House offers the perfect accommodation for lovers of the great outdoors. The Star Hut at Rannoch Station

Unique, single-room glass-fronted hut in a silver birch/rowan wood on a small hill, full of character with a spectacular view 25 miles to the East. Rannoch Moor is a place of peace and tranquillity, there is no noise (after the 9.05pm train) and no light pollution. Weather permitting, you can watch the stars and sunrise while lying in bed, see deer walking in the wood, experience being cosy in the midst of dramatic weather or listen to the dawn chorus. East Lodge Cabin on the Loch

Welcome to our Cabin on the Loch. Our custom built cabin on stilts over the pristine Loch Venachar. Situated in the heart of the Trossachs, not far from Glasgow, Edinburgh and Stirling. It is a totally private secret escape. This is truly a place to relax and to get away from it all. Just sit on the deck, or take a stroll along the banks of the Loch. The cabin sleeps 2 people and is totally private. A wonderful location for fishing, walking and cycling, (or just chilling).

The Wash House is a beautiful, cosy cottage adjacent to a charming Schoolhouse built in 1857. This space was once the schools laundry facility. Character has been retained in this beautiful modern space. Our little slice of paradise is at the gate way to the highlands and 5 minutes from doune ( for those Outlander fans). It is perfect for those wanting to explore the beautiful surrounding area or even as a stop over on route to the highlands.

'Isla' Enjoy Hot tub views, Cabins at the Roost

'Isla' was built in 2021, the cabin offers a cosy, quirky and luxurious retreat. Sitting within our 14 acre small holding, in a rural setting surrounded by farmland with open views of the Sidlaw Hills. Situated between Monk Myre and Stormont Lochs, home to a variety of birds and wildlife. Generously suited for 2 people, well equipped for one night or one week. Enjoy the view and the sheep whilst taking a dip in the hot tub. Adult Only.
