Open floor plan is equipped with a stocked full kitchen, a 65” Roku TV in the common room, a 12ft sofa & a futon sofa, king bdrm with a 40” Roku TV. Air mattress available on request.

Enjoy a piece of history while staying in the Old Station guest cottage. Comfy & cozy for two guests, or ideal for a personal retreat, "Sparrow Cottage" includes its own private patio with gas grill as well as a separate fenced sitting area outside with fire pit. Inside is a queen-size bed, a kitchenette (with sink, microwave, and mini-fridge), and a good-size bathroom with walk-in shower. Feel free to walk the grounds and imagine what the Old Station was like in the 1930s, 40s, and 50s.

This bungalow is blocks from downtown Guthrie, where guests can enjoy shops, the Pollard Theater, and restaurants. Our place is 15 minutes from Oklahoma State University, Lake McMurtry East is 3.5 miles away. You’ll love our place because of the outdoors space, tranquility and the wildlife. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Enjoy the stars and nights around the fire pit. Taxes are less out here too - you don't have to pay the 4% city or 7% accommodation taxes when you book with us since we're outside city limits.

This small but roomy little cabin sits in the peaceful countryside of Perkins, about 20 minutes from OSU and Stillwater. It can spaciously accommodate 2 guest but a 3rd bed (air mattress)or a pack and play can be placed in the living room area for a child or another adult. There is plenty of yard to the right of the cabin for your use.
