Resort amenities including the beach, when open, are available at ADDITIONAL COST and registration. We are pet friendly with a 2 dog maximum, no cats. Security cameras are facing front porch,driveway and back door.

2 bedroom 1 bath in Leelanau County. 8 miles to downtown Traverse City, and 15 miles to Sleeping Bear Dunes, Empire, and Leland (fishtown). This is a shared access listing. You have the house to yourself. I stay in the camper next to the attached garage (There is another listing where I'm not staying on the property due to being out of town for work). The closest lift is a walkable 100 yards away. This condo is comfy, cozy, and bright. With a wall of windows, natural light floods this beautiful condo. High ceilings make the 350 sq feet seam a bit larger. Being an end unit it offers a lot of privacy.
