Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Very nice air mattress is available for guest. Hot Springs Village is a gated community. You will have to check in at one of the guard gates. Very easy.

Small Cabin located on 10 acres with spectacular views! Wake up and look out over the Ouachita mountains! Step out onto the large deck and enjoy a hot cup of coffee and nature! The loft is carpeted and has a Queen mattress. We have a full (tiny-home) kitchen with pots and pans or a grill if you choose to cook. Cute Bathroom with large shower. Blow dryer in cabinet. No cable (unplug and enjoy nature!) But we do have a DVD player and we usually watch TV using our lightning cord on our iPhones!

Great retreat!!!!! This tiny house is open and feels spacious and well equipped for a weekend or over nite stay. Located by a stocked pond excellent for fishing. Enjoy serene hiking areas excellent for peace and getting back to nature. Horses are nearby so enjoy watching them play. All the amenities you can imagine, full size refrigerator, oven and microwave and washer and dryer. A romantic picnic area with soft lights and plenty of privacy. Pet friendly! It has an efficiency kitchen, 3/4 bath and private outside entrance, with a covered deck. A small electric fireplace with heater provides warm ambiance. This studio is perfect for a single traveler, Village visitor or remote worker. Couples will find it a cozy place to retreat from hectic life in the city. Age to book 25.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful little studio cottage. Not far from Little Rock In the city of Alexander/Bryant. Three miles from Carters off road park. Very cozy personal little cottage backed by the woods. Comfortable adjustable full size bed for a great night sleep. Will accommodate one or two people. Down a long driveway, quiet and in a rural setting. If you bring a pet, we ask that you supervise them at all times. The place is small but cozy.

Lakefront get away, Golf, Swim, Hike, Fish

Our home is a level lot just feet from Balboa Lake, the largest lake in the village. The Village has eight well maintained golf courses and several lakes. We are surrounded by trees which turn magnificent colors in the fall. We are on paved roads and you will have no trouble accessing us. There is a great tennis facility with 12 clay courts and pickle ball courts are also available. The beach area is near us.
