This bunk house on the second floor, is next to our larger home which may or may not be occupied during your stay. It is ideal for Family, Skiers, Retreats, Hunters, ATV's, Fishermen and More. It is ideally located on a river between 2 ski areas. Our home is custom built, on 3 acres with lots of parking. We can accommodate 7 people, but if you wish to add the main house, we can accommodate up to 19. NO WEDDINGS OR PARTY GROUPS ALLOWED THROUGH AIRBNB Pets are considered and are $40/nt.

Conveniently located three miles north of town and just off the walking trail:) Gunnison offers everything an outdoor person loves, hiking, biking, kayaking, fishing, you name it, it’s here and within minutes of enjoying. There are two bedrooms and one bath. The first bedroom has a king bed, the second has a full bunk bed, and the living room offers a pull-out couch. No Pets allowed. No Smoking of any kind.
