Max occupancy is strictly 6, but there is room to spread out--1 king, 2 queens, a twin daybed & trundle in the loft. Easy bike, hike, and ski access to DV! Ski right from the property on an access run that takes you to Last Chance. Ski almost home with only a couple minute walk from the ski trail.

Our property is a quick 5 minute walk to Main St. and all that Downtown Park City has to offer. Peruse the local shops, taste local whiskey at the High West Distillery, or wine and dine at a any of the fine establishments Main St. has to offer. The Town Lift is also less than a 10 minute walk away while Deer Valley Resort is a 1.5 miles away(free shuttle). This is not a rental with basic items purchased just to get by. Every room has been carefully thought out and this house is very comfy.

If you don't feel like walking the bus stop is right outside of the front door! There are three window ac units to keep things cool and comfortable in the summer. There is parking for one vehicle. It is quite easy to get around town with the bus and on foot and to/from the airport with Uber!
