Situated in one of the best spots in Paekakariki is this light and airy studio. What a view! Watch the sunset from bed and listen to the waves gently waking you up in the morning. A king size bed & a comfortable Ecosa 2.5 seater sofabed available. Ideal for couples or small family. Studio connected to house with own seperate access, kitchenette and bathroom with shower & all the basics. **Steep & narrow 2m wide driveway, large vehicles not recommended. Walking distance beach, village & train.

Tiny House Train-Eco stay

Thank you for renting the train as this really helps me. The train runs on solar power, all your water is spring water and is a great example of up cycling and recycling. The tiny house train is located on a 10 acre/4.2 hectare organic blueberry farm and was restored in 2018 and turned into a tiny house in May 2019. There is a cozy log burner plus electric blanket and heat pumps. There is a smart TV Netflix supplied . Wifi is Starlink with laptop friendly kitchen table. Self checkin after 2pm.

The Shed - a contemporary annex near the beach

A multi purpose contemporary space. It offers a seperate bedroom and bathroom. In the living area there is a double sofabed, seating and dining plus a 75 inch smart TV and Sky TV. The bedroom has a TV with chromecast . Guests are welcome to use the outdoor area and spa pool located next to the main house. A continental breakfast is supplied. Close to beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. We have 2 German Spitz dogs, very friendly. 2 adults will be considered a couple unless otherwise stated.
