Continental breakfast is included. Furry 4 legged friends welcome. Ample parking in large gated drive way.

Welcome to this beautiful Grade II Listed Georgian Townhouse in the heart of the historic Dartmouth town centre and near to the picturesque River Dart waterfront. Located opposite the historic market on level ground, your ensuite double room includes a 2000 sprung pocket mattress, white cotton linen, towels, tea, coffee and fridge, iron and board, hairdryer, ensuite bathroom with plenty of hot water, heating, and free fibre optic wifi, all recently renovated and stylishly decorated.

Cozy double room in quiet and convenient location

The room can be set up as either king size or two single beds, as required. Our house is in a quiet cul-de-sac within five minutes of the town centre, cycle path, river walks, train station, buses, park and leisure centre. On-site parking. We have a warm, light, comfortable and relaxed home. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen for a cup of tea or meals. Likewise the garden when weather permits. We are happy to meet people whilst allowing for quiet, personal space when required.

A warm welcome awaits. Our guest room with its own entrance overlooks a secluded, rural valley. The room includes a double sleigh bed, tea/coffee facilities, cool box, plus an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, bath and underfloor heating. A farmhouse breakfast with local ingredients and our own sourdough. Perfect for exploring the coast and Dartmoor or delights of Salcombe, Dartmouth & Totnes. A good base for walking the SW coast path. Dinner can be provided.

Private Heritage bath available on request. Dog friendly, sorry no cats. Breakfast is from 8 O’clock, I can leave it out if it’s needed earlier. Continental breakfast included, full English £8.
