If your a family of 4(5 with an infant) look no futher this is the place to stay we have a Queen sofa bed that is located in the open kitchen living room.(with a prviate bathroom and laundry area) your kids won't want to leave after you check out the backyard.

This completely renovated 4 bedroom, 3 full bath home is located on 130' of beautiful, level Owasco Lake shoreline. The property also boarders a small brook providing water views from every window in the home! The first floor bedroom layout includes a master with King bed and sliding glass door entrance onto the 26' deck and a bedroom with Queen bed that share a full bath. Visit with the farm animals and tag along for chores if you want. This skoolie is far from the swanky, expensive ones you've seen on social media- this is a simple, rustic and very old bus that we were lucky enough to live in with our kids while we looked for our perfect farm, and now we're happy to share it with you!

Stay a night at our tiny Hobbit House

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.
