Welcome to our adorable, efficient 2 bedroom newly updated home with fenced yard for your fur baby. This is our home away from home. We hope you enjoy your stay with special features-like a great outdoor covered patio for playing oversized Jenga, cornhole or grilling up some KC BBQ! Centrally located off I-35 for easy dining, shopping & entertainment throughout Johnson County and Greater Kansas City. All new furnishings and fully stocked. Enjoy ping pong or foosball in the attached garage. Take a nap in the comfy beds or relax on the soft sectional to watch TV. We are located 7 minutes from Walmart, Sprouts, or Dillons and 11 minutes from KU. Many restaurants are located nearby. You can eat at the picnic table in the fenced in back yard, or enjoy a burger made on the electric grill. On chilly evenings you can turn on the gas fireplace to stay extra warm. Four cars can fit in the driveway and there is space on the street too.

If you'd like to unplug & spend time on a Kansas Farm, this place is for you! The original 100 year old farmhouse has been modernized to feel cozy, yet still has its original charm. There is plenty of land to enjoy a walk, play games, star gaze, or start the firepit in our quaint tree grove. Although located *RIGHT ON* 75 hwy, the trees offer some seclusion from the highway. Very convenient for visiting the local lakes, traveling through, or just wanting to get out of the city.

Nested on 3 beautiful acres of fenced land. 4 bedrooms (3 with ensuite), fully equipped kitchen, projector, fire, bbq, plus more! This property is located near multiple event spaces making it ideal for small gatherings or enjoying the countryside. Kids and pets alike with love the vast outdoor space to roam and play. There is a charming train that runs the backside of the property making for a unique and fun backdrop. A fantastic dog friendly brewery is within walking distance.

We are pet-friendly, and business-ready with Gigabit Internet and an office setup.

Centrally located cozy cottage, near KU campus

I hope you enjoy staying at my place as much as I enjoy hosting. This cozy cottage was my first home, in which I recently updated. It is equipped with a full kitchen, single bathroom, washer and dryer, flat screen TV equipped with 100 mbps and Amazon Firestick and cable TV with 70 plus channels. In temperate months, I have a large fenced-in backyard and back deck for use. If you need anything at all, I am a phone call or message away.

Access is limited to the space above the garage (must climb stairs), private balcony, & the front/middle yard. Absolutely ZERO smoking OR vaping tolerated or allowed on premises!
