夷隅川ラグーンの潮の満ち引きの変化を見ながら、日々の流れとは異なる時間をお過ごし頂ける一棟貸しヴィラです 遠くまで広がるラグーンの風景、その先から聞こえる波の音、水上を通る心地よい風が重なり合いゆっくりとした贅沢な時間をお過ごしください 800平米の敷地に建つ3寝室と広いLDKからなる平屋の施設。リビングは2面が窓で構成されており、目の前に広がる庭やラグーンの風景を楽しめます。 80平米以上のウッドデッキでは、ハンモックやラウンジチェアでゆっくり時間を過ごす事ができます。また下段のウッドデッキはチャコールBBQグリルを置いてありご自由にお使いいただけます。 約300平米ほどの庭は芝生で覆われており、お子様も独り占めで走り周ることが出来ます。 オリンピックサーフィン会場の釣ヶ崎海岸サーフィンビーチや太東海水浴場まで車で10分ほどです。また徒歩数分で太平洋に接するビーチにつきます。 チェックインからチェックアウトまで26時間のロングステイが可能で2日間をゆったりとお過ごしください。 見た目の豪華さではなく時間の質を求める方であれば、お気に入りのリトリートになると思います。

房総の小江戸と呼ばれる大多喜城下町通りにある京町家のような築100年以上たつ古民家です。 大多喜城（徳川家康四天王の１人本多忠勝十万石居城）、国指定重要文化財などが大切に保存され、千葉では珍しい古い城下町が広がり、懐かしさをそそります。 また一歩足を延ばすと、海あり山あり川遊びあり渓谷あり黒湯の温泉ありのローケーションです。(車で10分～30分圏内)房総の自然を満喫する拠点としてお使いいただけます。高滝湖のワカサギ釣りや、何十万年前の磁気の逆転、チバニアンは世界的に有名です。（3年後にビジターセンターがオープン予定です） 寒い時期はお抹茶が美味しい時期です。ご希望がありましたら、お申し出ください。（時間は５時位まで／月木以外） 当施設は、夷隅川を見ろす場所に位置し、地Ge盤は岩盤です。 お車でお越しの際は、圏央道　市原鶴舞ICから20分になります。 東京駅から大多喜まで高速バスで80分になります。 羽田空港から車で1時間弱、成田空港から車で1時間10分です。 最寄り駅は大多喜駅で、徒歩12分です。(いすみ鉄道脱線の影響により、一部区間はいすみ鉄道代行バスになります)
