Located on a lifestyle block this private unit has everything you need and is only 5 minutes drive to Three Parks or 10 minutes into the heart of Wanaka. Location is between Wanaka and the airport, only a minute or two drive to the lavender farm. The unit is attached to our shed, it has 1 bedroom, bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge with excellent indoor outdoor flow. Our unique stand alone studio is a small, historic, renovated school, close to the village of Karitane. The school has everything you need for a warm, comfortable stay. There are books, a CD player and games for your use. We live in a repurposed sheep shearing shed nearby and both buildings are surrounded by extensive gardens and plantings. There are panoramic views of the very picturesque coast line and out to sea. It is very peaceful and private.

Relax and enjoy a classic English "Shepherds hut", set in a private garden overlooking the Shotover river with Mountain views. 5 minutes drive to the bottom of Coronet peak. 8 minutes drive to Queenstown central. Our "Shepherds hut" cooking facilities, wood fireplace, tv screen for dvd's(no WiFi), books for entertainment and homegrown walnuts to crack. Soak in the outdoor bath. Two bikes provided and a gold pan to take down to the river.
