The Leopard Room at Canandaigua Guesthouse is our largest and most graceful room with a modern king size canopy bed, views to three corners of the property, a decorative fireplace and a bathroom loaded with luxury touches, like an extra large shower with waterfall shower head, heated towel rack, and a smart toilet with bidet. This spacious room has a large desk for when you can't leave work behind, a seating area for your morning coffee, and a TV with Roku so you can bring your shows with you.

Our 19th century farmhouse, 5 miles south of Geneva on Seneca Lake wine trail, is the ideal base from where to explore the gorgeous Finger Lakes region. Our organic farm offers hiking trails - great for snowshoeing and cross-country skiing too - through meadows, creek, woods and gully for the nature lovers with access to our lake across the road for a swim, a canoe, kayak or rowboat adventure. We provide it all:)) ... and, YES, we finally installed a brand new portable AC unit and it works!
