Capacity 2+2, size 42 m2, with a large fenced yard and a swimming pool. Located on the ground floor in a family house in a quiet street; newly built and is fully equipped and furnished. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

The kitchen includes an oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator and a kettle. Guests can use free private parking on site. The apartment has everything you need for a nice and comfortable vacation. Nearby there is several restaurants and a shop. Tha apartment is best suited for a couple, familiy with children or 3 adults.

The apartment is located between Novi Vinodolski and Selce, its in a very quiet area so you can relax and injoy your vacation. The beach in located in Novi Vinodolski or Selce and its about 5 km away. If you want sandy beach, there is Crikvenica and its about 8 km away from the apartment. We have a grill area with a stone table and wooden benches were you can eat or just relax and have a cold drink. There is alot of room for parking and its just a few meters from the apartment.

White Apartment

Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.

Studio je smješten u prizemlju obiteljske kuće te ima prekrasnu malu terasu s vrtom što ga čini još ljepšim i atraktivnijim. Studio je novo opremljen te uključuje sve što je potrebno gostu za odmor. U istom se objektu na prvom katu nalazi još i dvosoban apartman koji može ugostiti maksimalno pet osoba.

Ima vlastito parkirno mjesto u dvorištu kuće i puno dječjeg sadržaja. Apartman je predviđen za 3 osobe + 2 osobe. Jedna spavaća soba sa bračnim krevetom povezana je sa dnevnim boravkom sa sofom na razvlačenje. Zasebna mala sobica dovoljna je za jednu osobu. Apartman je kompletno opremljen sa svime što treba za ugodan boravak.

In the perfect location, just a few stairs away from the beach, 30min bike ride(bikes included) or an even quicker car ride from center of Crikvenica. This house is animal friendly and they are allowed with extra fee. Enjoy private atmosphere few stairs from sea and short drive from city noise.

Arrival at the destination: take the exit "Dugno" from the main street, then take the second street on the right and the house is second one on the right. House is located approx 100 m from natural beach to which leads nice pathway surrounded local vegetation. From apartment You can enjoy a nice Sea View while having a meal or just hanging out on the terrace. Micro location is very nice and quiet, excellent for real, deep relaxation.

Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.
