Two separate bedrooms, one on the first level one in the attic, kitchen with the living room and a nice balcony on the second level and a small bathroom is what this 47m2 apartment consists of. Both the attic and the 1st floor have an air conditioner. Ideal for a family holiday: the beach just in front of the house, no need of any transportation, private parking on 300 m from the accommodation. .

Apartman se sastoji od dvije sobe, dvije kupaone, potpuno opremljene kuhinje zajedno s dnevnim boravkom i velike terase s upotrebom roštilja. Apartman je idealan za dva para ili obitelj s 2-3 djece.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
