The Top House, so named because of its location, with 270 degree views, has unrivalled privacy, and it's own helipad. This recently renovated 3 bedroom house is located on 330 acres of private farmland. The house has been finished to a high standard, with excellent amenities, including hot tub with amazing views, outdoor dining and lounge spaces on 360 degree decks, WiFi, two TVs, heaps of parking, modern kitchen and luxury bathrooms, and comfortable stylish furniture throughout.

This modern guesthouse with a 5 metre stud has a large mezzanine bedroom with a super king bed and two singles, open plan living/dining/kitchen area with extensive decks and concrete floors throughout. Features include spa pool, fireplace, indoor/outdoor dining areas, set on a 1 acre property. 2 minutes drive to market, restaurants and takeaways, including the iconic Mangawhai Tavern. 10-15 minutes drive to your choice of white-sand surf beaches and world class golf courses.

Get ready for family fun in this peaceful 3 bedroom home. Overlooking the Rangitane reserve, watch from the deck as the kids play tennis or swing at the playground. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, soak up all day sun on the East or west facing decks, unobstructed ocean views both sides of the house, the sunrises and sunsets are incredible! Three good sized bedrooms each with Queen size beds and luxury linen, cupboards and beside tables. Marina, boat ramp and lovely bays and beaches all within a short drive or walk of the property. Private and cosy with these amazing views you will not want to leave!

We are only 75mins drive north of Auckland, 10 mins off the number one highway. The cottage is built from beautiful untreated hardwoods set in a tranquil private spot, nestled on the edge of a regenerating native forest. The cottage is only a 2min walk down to the beautiful Kaipara Harbour. Our place is part of a 25 year old 300 acre organic permaculture farm, which we were instrumental in setting up as a working farm and village style subdivision.

Plenty of room to park the boat plus two launching ramps, a ski lane and some of the best fishing NZ has to offer!

Perched above Staffa Bay on the stunning Tutukaka Coast, this 1970s Warwick Lee–designed home is a true Kiwi bach — full of character, cosy, and surrounded by native bush with sweeping views over Woolleys Bay. Nestled among nikau palms and birdlife, this peaceful treehouse-style retreat offers direct beach access via a private track (just 25 metres from the house to the sand). The magical Whale Bay Reserve is also just a 5-minute walk away.

Relax on the Kaipara Harbour

A lovely fully equipped modern cottage in a rural setting on the beautiful Kaipara Harbour (only 90 mins north of Auckland). Peaceful and private, you can lounge on the bean bags on the deck, or watch the tui as you soak in the bath. Native bush runs down to an estuary outside your floor to ceiling windows. Sheep, dogs, ducks and birdlife share the property with you as well as the occassional peacock harem.
