Adorable, retro, Tiny House in Signal Mountain, Tennessee just 30 minutes from Chattanooga. Queen loft bed and full size sofabed on ground floor. Kitchen with toaster oven, microwave, hot plate, Keurig, tea kettle. Not suitable for children under age of 4. Unable to accommodate pets. The Tiny House and the Farmhouse are both on our 2 acre property 65 feet from each other. You may see/ hear your vacationing "neighbors", so please bear in mind when booking. Located on the edge of Tracy City, a wonderful place for hiking trails, rock climbing and peaceful natural waterfalls. Only fifteen miles away from the Bluegrass underground. Less than one mile to Firey Gizzard Trail and six miles to Foster Falls and Denny cove. Great for a quiet getaway. Nice deck on the back, cute porch on front. Comes with a gas grill out back, Fire pit and large yard to relax in. If needing a ride to a concert at the Caverns please ask us about our rides availability.

Nature getaway, 5 Minutes from downtown

This is an apartment in the lower area of the house and has its own entry. It has a good size living room, bedroom with only one queen bed and kitchen. Large deck with pond and garden. There are fresh towels and linens, hair dryer, iron, soap, shampoo and some extras in case you forgot anything at home. The kitchen will usually have oatmeal, apple juice, orange juice, bottled water, a Kurig,regular coffee machine with coffee and a french press. Steep driveway but you can park in bottom lot.

Our place is comfortable and cozy up on top of Sand Mountain. This guest house has everything you need to stay hunkered down for a few days, or just a place to sleep after a busy day of visiting family or sightseeing.
