The WC and heated towel radiator complete the picture. SITTING ROOM The front door leads directly to the living room, meaning it enjoys a natural flow to/from the private courtyard. Seating is comfortable and tables are plentiful. Warm lighting highlights walls hung with pictures, and the sash window has working shutters. PRIVATE COURTYARD The private basement courtyard enjoys the morning sun and comes equipped with a table and two chairs. It isn't naturally overlooked, but the three sash windows from the flat itself open wide onto it, meaning that those inside aren't isolated from those inside.
