Le village de Oye-et-Pallet vous ravira par sa situation géographique (Pontarlier à 5 min, Métabief à 15 min, frontière suisse à 25 min), son cadre (forêt, sentiers pédestres, rivière avec point de baignade et Lac Saint-Point accessibles à pied) et ses petits commerces (boulangerie, fleuriste, épicerie, pizzeria, esthéticienne, coiffeur). Il y fait bon vivre !

The outside terrace is directly on the water oriented to the south. 15min drive to Thun.

Praktisch vor der Haustür lädt das Naherholungsgebiet "Witi" mit seinen grossen Naturflächen zu Spaziergängen und Fahrradtouren ein. Gleich neben dem Campingplatz befindet sich das Restaurant zum Grüene Aff.

STUDIO, de 25m2 et mezzanine de 10 m2 sont situés sur le devant de notre maison. Il se compose d’une grande pièce avec bloc cuisine, table à manger, canapé-lit 2 places. Douche à l’italienne, WC. Une Mezzanine avec lit double. Ce studio est équipé : sèche-cheveux, fer/table à repasser, réfrigérateur, micro-onde, four, bouilloire, machine à café Nespresso, grille-pain et TV avec Swisscom-Box et WIFI. Place de parc. Possibilité de réduire les vélos dans un local fermé.

Dich/Euch erwartet eine funktionelle 3-Zi-Wohnung mit Bad und kleiner Küche. Gartenmitbenützung, Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus (7 Min. zum Bahnhof/Stadtzentrum). Alleine, zu zweit, mit Freunden oder Familie, im lauschigen Garten entspannend die wunderschöne Sicht geniessen, dem Rebenweg entlang wandern, im See baden und die Bieler Altstadt erkunden... und den Charme des alten Hauses auf sich einwirken lassen. Die Hauptwohnung wird von einer der Gastgeberinnen bewohnt.

3,5 pièces avec vue sur le lac et jardin privatif. Il y a deux chambres à coucher pour 4 personnes. Une place de parc à disposition. Quartier très tranquille. Baignoire jacuzzi. Peinture et fenêtres refaites en mai 2016 ainsi que le parquet dans les deux chambres. Depuis un mois il n'est plus autorisé d'utiliser le barbecue qui est dans le jardin. Utiliser le petit grill électrique qui se trouve dans l'armoire au corridor. Séjour 3 jours minimums.
