Located on the Tahunanui hillside with views to the distant mountains. It is an easy 1.3 km walk to the beach (15 min.) -or 5 min drive. CBD is 6km away. Bus stop is 13m walk.

As I am taking extra care with cleaning in these Covid times, my expectation is that you will be vaccinated.
