The Coachhouse is cosy and quiet. It has its own entrance and is completely separate from the main house. There is a private gated courtyard that guests are also welcome to use. Only 5 minutes from East Kilbride and 20 minutes from Glasgow but surrounded by fields and countryside Full use of the Coachhouse and the courtyard next to it Feel free to contact me with any queries by phone, text, e mail The property is only a couple of minutes from the village of Carmunnock, a pretty conservation village and the only official village left in Glasgow. There is a local shop, pharmacy, and an excellent restaurant in the town. There is parking next to the Coachhouse. Getting around by car is ideal but we are also only minutes from two train stations and there are regular buses in the village minutes up the road. We have two dogs but they are friendly and kept in the main house or our back garden.

Eaglesham was designated Scotland’s first outstanding conservation area in 1960. The Rookery is a self contained one bedroom flat in the heart of Eaglesham. Shops, pub and restaurants are within walking distance. The Rookery is an ideal base to discover the surrounding area with a wealth of sporting activities; water sports, golfing, fishing, walking and cycling. Fa'side Cottage is a detached house on the grounds of Fa'side House on the outskirts of Glasgow, Scotland. Located to the south of Glasgow the house is within walking distance to amenities in Newton Mearns. With 12 acres of beautiful gardens and surrounding land to enjoy, the cottage is secluded with views of the Campsies and much of Glasgow. Glasgow city centre is 15 minutes by car. The cottage is also handily located for those seeking to explore Ayrshire.

Dunlop is only 1/2 hour drive to some of Ayrshires top golf courses. The train takes less than 30 mins to Glasgow city centre. The village has a community pub, a community cafe(open Thursdays and Fridays for morning coffee and lunch. A newsagent, post office/ shop and an Artisan Bakery ( openThursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.) A new craft shop has also recently opened next door to our home. The nearest supermarket is 10 mins. drive away.
