The Cottage LtC ( lemon tree cottage)

This cute little self contained studio cottage is situated in our back garden surrounded by a lovely garden and fruit trees. It has been beautifully decorated and is very well equipped. At the back of the cottage in a private fenced off area surrounded by grape vines is a spa pool for you to enjoy a romantic evening under the stars or just soothing those tired muscles. Complimentary pastries or muffins, fruit bowl, chocolates, tea, moccona coffee or plunger coffee, milo, milk & bottled water.

This delightful studio private bedroom is close to Ahuriri, town, the Botanical Gardens, many gorgeous restaurants, walkways and other amenities. The room is private with a separate entrance and own bathoom. That means you can treat it as a hotel, or if you need any help in organising tours or restaurant bookings we are happy to help you. Lovely & open self contained, 1 bedroom stand-alone cottage. Approximately 200 steps, & one street back from Westshore Beach, which is great for swimming in the summer. Queen bed. En-suite bathroom. Close to a cafe, dairy, fish n chip shop, & pharmacy. It’s a 7 minute drive to town. It’s a few minutes drive from the airport. Continental breakfast of home made cereal, milk, fruit, & Nespresso coffee, tea provided. Happy to consider & negotiate longer stay. We live next door.

We are situated close to the Mission Winery, Church Road Winery, cycle paths, Park Island sports ground, and the airport. There are two major supermarkets and shopping centres that are a short drive away.

Situated in our sister hotel, expressotel, this spacious 50m² room has a luxurious King sized bed and separate lounge room. The room is complimented by an en-suite bathroom with spa bath and shower. The room is either available as a one bedroom with Lounge, or as a two bedroom with Lounge & two bathrooms (subject to availability). There is also a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, cutlery and fridge. This space is perfect for an extended stay in Napier, come join us.

Great location to walkway/cycle ways into Napier. Dolbel Reserve is on our doorstep with several walking trails to explore. Taradale has cafes, bars, and restaurants as well as plenty of shops to browse in. Our lovely warm Hawke's Bay summers are perfect for the many events and concerts available.
