『いわた』は郡上八幡の市街地の一角、下愛宕町にある二階建ての一軒家です。 一階の玄関が駐車スペースで、お荷物が直ぐに出し入れできる便利なお宿です。 ここは純日本家屋の町家で、空き家対策と宿泊施設不足解消の一助となるべく一棟貸し屋として簡単なリノベーションをしてオープンいたしました。 いわたは、８名様までの大人数でご利用いただけます。 郡上おどりの季節や冬のスキー・スノボの季節に、ファミリーやグループで気軽にお泊りください。 郡上おどり会場までは、いずれも徒歩で行けます。スキーシーズンには、高鷲方面や明宝方面へのアクセスも便利で、ウェアの乾燥暖房機も設置しております。 一階は、６畳間の和室をリビングとしてお寛ぎください。 奥に壁掛け式ＴＶを備えたダイニングキッチンがあり、食器や料理器具を揃えております。 その奥にお風呂、トイレ、洗面所があり、小さなお庭もあります。 二階は、表側が洋間でダブルベッドが２台。 毎年8月18日は、郡上おどり「十八観音祭」がこの町内で行われ、 二階はお囃子を間近で聞ける特等席となります！ 中の間と奥の間は６畳間の和室で、寝室となります。
