A “studio” is an apartment consisting of a single large room serving as bedroom, living room, and kitchenette with a private bathroom and entrance. Great for couples, solo travelers, or small families. Trundle beds make it easy to sleep up to 4 guests. Easy access to the highway, bike trail, and all city ammenities. Grand Haven beach is less than 4 miles away.

All lakes in Twin Lake are residential but public access is available close by. See my guidebook for lakes access (this is not water front). For anglers, boaters, and beach lovers, hunters, color tourists, trail runners, seekers of and adventure, culture, arts and entertainment, this place is a gem.

Lakefront Cottage at water's edge w/free Pontoon

Nestled in a small cove on a large lake, this waterfront cottage has been completely renovated. It has 66' of private shoreline; an elevated front deck plus side patio; and stone bonfire pit & gas BBQ grill. Guests also get FREE & exclusive use of pontoon boat, 2 kayaks and paddle boat, plus private dock (early May through late October, weather permitting). Swan Cottage is very dog-welcoming. The yard is not fenced, however we provide ground stakes & cable ties.

Serenity Now Treehouse is a TRUE treehouse built in four strong Oak trees on the property behind our home alongside Silver Creek. Here you’ll find the perfect place to unplug for a couple of days of peace and tranquility. We’ve also recently added a prayer chapel along the side of our home for our family, friends and treehouse guests to have a special place to pray and connect with God if you would like.
