There's also an adjacent vernal pond full of wildlife that fill the area with the tranquil & relaxing sound of nature's chorus.

Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this renovated waterfront cottage has scenic views and 66' of private shoreline on Lake Wabasis. Swan cottage comes w/18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May-October, weather permitting). There is a front deck, side patio, bonfire pit & gas grill. The cottage is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced. But we supply a spiral ground stake w/cable. And a one-time pet fee is included in the total cost when booking.

You can fish right out front of the cottage or bring your own river boat and keep it at our dock. Kayak and tube rentals are available in town. Enjoy the intimate feel of the cottage with cozy rooms and a fully stocked kitchen for you to enjoy eating in. Downtown Newaygo has many restaurants and shopping if you want to venture out.

Our charming bungalow is located walking distance from downtown Muskegon and Muskegon Lake. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood setting while being close to all of the action that downtown has to offer. Breweries, restaurants, shopping, and the farmers market all await. If downtown isn’t your scene, the bungalow is a quick drive to Pere Marquette beach on the shores of Lake Michigan. Large, uncrowded stretches of sandy beach are the perfect place for a relaxing day in the sun.

It's a short 15 min drive to either the excitement of Silver Lake Sand Dunes, or a relaxing stroll in downtown Pentwater. Enjoy smores by fire, while experiencing our beautiful sunsets. Relax listening to the water flow over the dam or bring your fishing poles and fish right off the deck and at the dam, next to the cabin! Bring your kayaks and venture down the channel to the lake. Sip coffee in the morning right on the deck and enjoy the private view. The cabin has a queen bed in one bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. This cabin is great for a family with two children, or a couple looking for a quiet get away!
