Apartment is modernly equipped , with all the appliences you would need for your comfortable stay in Zadar. Do glavnog trga ima 100 metara te do muzeja Iluzija i muzeja stakla ima 50 metara. Smještaj je okružen raznim restoranima i spomenicima. U blizini su mjesta za zabavu i ducani . Do plaze ima oko 10 minuta hoda. Do morskih orgulja i pozdrava suncu ima oko 10 minuta hoda.
