Sempre su Lungotevere passano numerosi autobus e attraversando il pedonale Ponte Sisto ci si trova sull'atro senso di marcia dove è possibile prendere gli autobus che vanno verso nord. Attraversando sempre il ponte ed entrando in Via Giulia si arriva in pochi minuti a Piazza Campo dei Fiori, Piazza Farnese, Piazza Argentina, Piazza Navona; mantenendosi invece sulla sponda di Trastevere è possibile raggiungere a piedi la Basilica di San Pietro in 15 minuti.
