This little granny flat is so neat and tidy and May and family were lovely. Would absolutely stay again. They were so active with the communication and very helpful during our stay. Beds are very comfortable and house is well equipped.

Our party of 5 including grandparents and 2 yr old son had a lovely stay at Michelle's. we stayed for 4 nights and spent the mornings at the beach which is just around the corner and lazy afternoons in the pool. The garden and house are well maintained and very cosy for a family trip away. I'd recommend stocking up on food as there are currently no shops/cafes at Pearl beach, but it was handy having a coffee cart turn up next door in the mornings. Even though there is construction building next door, my 2 year old son loved watching the machines and was disappointed when they weren't working on the weekend！Thanks again for sharing your home with us Michelle, we will be back！

Yins Hospitality is unmatched you would be hard pressed to find a better home in better location at a better price it ticks every single box plus a whole lot more. You would not be disappointed by this place to stay and the host is second to none

My family and I traveled down from QLD and found the house a warm family home with an extremely large kitchen and all round lovely residence is highly recommended

I had the pleasure of staying at Geoff's property and it completely exceeded my expectations. The finishing throughout was absolutely beautiful—modern, elegant, and clearly done with great attention to detail. Nettie's art was all around (Geoff's wife). Every room felt thoughtfully designed and truly first class. The location was perfect: close to everything we needed, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and that Bondi Beach, yet still quiet and relaxing. The Bakery around the corner is world class. From the moment we arrived to the day we checked out, everything was seamless. This place is a gem, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book it again. In fact we extended by an additional week as it was so wonderful! The plunge pool and outdoor shower we a huge bonus! Highly recommended!

Duncan’s apartment was perfect for us with all amenities we needed for a 10 day stay, in a secure complex. Lovely decor, super comfortable bed and sofa, well equipped kitchen. Location convenient to Kings Cross train station and buses. Restaurants abound in this charming neighbourhood. A short walk to the city, harbour and many tourist attractions. Duncan was a considerate and proactive host.

We had a fantastic stay at Sylvia's, we were attending a sporting event which was in easy walking distance to the location and surrounding restaurants/bars. The accommodation was well kept and and in a quiet peaceful area. Sylvia's communication and quick response to questions was terrific and very helpful. This host and accommodation is highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay in Rosebery! The apartment is located in a very quiet and convenient area — perfect for a good night’s sleep. It was a huge bonus to have access to the gym, swimming pool, and jacuzzi — everything was clean and well-maintained. There’s also a Woolworths supermarket just a short walk away, which made shopping super easy. Overall, we loved it and definitely recommend it!

Awesome location as this apartment is located within walking distance from Circular Quay/Sydney Opera House since it’s right at Sydney CBD. This also means you can easily find good restaurants/bars and Coles & Woolsworth supermarkets are also nearby. The apartment has all the necessary appliances we need - dishwasher, washer, dryer etc and the travel cot provided was a good size for my toddler and came with a good mattress within (which is hard to come by). Sharon was also very responsive throughout my 9 day stay and so helpful in assisting me with all kinds of requests. Her proactiveness and warm hospitality is truly appreciated.

This Airbnb is a perfect location for seeing Sydney. You can connect to any part of the city from the bus stop adjacent to the rental. The rental itself was great - everything was clean and the rental was well equipped with everything needed for a week's stay.

My wife and I stayed a week, and really enjoyed the stay. The house works well for a couple. We especially enjoyed the open living room, kitchen and dining room. The deck was wonderful too. The area was quiet at night as well. The view is fabulous and is the house's best feature. Even on a rainy day it's still lovely to stay inside, drink some coffee and read (as well as take in that view). We enjoyed walks around the Potts Point neighborhood, and it's a nice walk to the Wooloomooloo Wharf, RBG, the Art Gallery, and the Opera House/Circular Quay. There are a couple of fans, but during the mid-summer months heat might be an issue. During our stay the temperatures were moderate, and just opening the windows to catch the breeze made the house comfortable. The host was first-rate: attentive, friendly, and responsive. Thanks.

Richard was an attentive host and provided us with prompt and clear instructions. He greeted us and guided us to parking and then showed us around the property. The property is divine. Two spacious bedrooms in a great building with a wonderful pool, spa and gym. Less than a hundred yards from the Star Casino and just a stones throw from Darling Harbor. What was really good was having a full Metro Woolworths supermarket right outside the door. Loved the whole experience. Thoroughly recommend this property and it's owners.

From beginning to end, this was genuinely the best Air BnB experience I have ever had! The host was so helpful every step of the way, all the instructions were clear and made the experience so much easier. Whilst staying here I felt like a guest at a friend’s home, not a stranger staying in a strange place. Everything was neat, clean, and tidy. Really comfortable and very accomodating. Walking through the neighbourhood made me want to move there, and I look forward to an excuse to book in again in the near future. The parks, restaurants, and overall vibe of the area makes for a wonderful place to be, and I genuinely envy the people that live there. This place is the place to stay if you need an air BnB in Zetland, take my word for it and thank yourself later. Huge thanks to the host. Just wow.

Evelyn was a great host. Gave us incredible local recommendations. The accommodation itself was nice and cozy with a beautiful view over looking the water.

Eva is the perfect host. The Pool Annexe was so comfy and easy. Unfortunately we didn't use the pool due to the rain. Eva was most accommodating with our 2 small dogs. The garden area for them was so appreciated. Check in was a breeze, parking was easy. Close to shops and the train was so convenient. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend Eva anytime.
