It’s a peaceful 8 min walk to our charming downtown and all the delicious restaurants and activities. It’s a quick drive to WSU games or UI and one of our favorite spots to go as a family, the Arboretum! After a fun-filled day craft meals in our fully stocked kitchen or grill together outdoors on the patio and relax by the fire pit.

The Little House

Our Little House was built in 1900 and has well born the test of time. It is a quaint little charmer and located just 2 blocks off Main Street. Stroll easily to one of Moscow's many fun cafés or restaurants, or grab groceries at the Co-Op and cook at home. The Kenworthy Theatre, An art gallery and various other shops are right nearby to explore. University of Idaho is only .7 mile - a 3 minute drive or 15 min walk away. * The Little House is strictly non smoking and does not allow pets at all.

The Pheasant in Downtown with Private Parking

Step into The Pheasant! Centrally located, just steps from Main St. The unique 2 bedroom lower level apartment gives a nod to the pheasants you can see all over the Palouse but with a British, collegiate feel. A private parking lot makes the downtown and University all easily accessible. Visit Moscow's award-winning Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings or the downtown restaurants! We have pictures of this house dating back to approximately 1917 it was the farmhouse of 160 acre homestead just on the edge of Moscow Idaho. Our 8 acres are bordered by the University of Idaho Arboretum , have a good view, nice sunsets . We have one horse and one mule and five chickens. The South Fork of the Palouse river runs through our property. But you can jump across it. The City bicycle park is across the street. Dog is ok.
