Straddling the communes of St. Saphorin and Chardonne, the property was completely renovated in 2025. Situated within the vineyards of the Lavaux region, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The chalet acts a point of depart for mountain walks or hikes, bike riding, snowshoeing or even cross country skiing in the winter time. Ski slopes and thermal baths can be reached in around 30 minutes by car.
