The Cabin

Our cabin is fully furnished with two bedrooms, a open loft, two full bathrooms and a half bath, kitchen, laundry room, and a full basement on 9+ acres. The driveway is approximately 300 feet from boat ramp access to the Tennessee River. There’s also a separate covered shed for a boat and/or parking. There are lots of indoor and outdoor games, a grill for outdoor cooking, two fire pits, a large deck, a nature observation tower, 2 kayaks and a canoe, and a variety of swings to enjoy.

This peaceful location, on 1.5 acres, provides the perfect hub for your work, outdoor adventure or vacation. Centrally located and just minutes from the Dayton Boat Dock and local restaurants. Your loft suite is 100% private with your own drive up entrance. This is a one room suite with a lovely bathroom with a deep soaking tub. Enjoy your own mini split HVAC.
