Welcome to The Annexe, our 2-level detached annexe next to our family home. It is quiet, light and spacious, suitable for both home working and relaxing. It is easy to explore Farnham and the beautiful countryside on our doorstep. Guests who stay with us attend weddings nearby, are working locally, visiting friends and family or breaking up their journey if travelling from further afield. We are very close to Frensham Ponds, Alice Holt Forest & Hankley Common. We can accommodate late bookings.

Self contained annexe in Dorking

Comfortable and bright one bed annexe in a quiet semi rural private road nestled in the Surrey Hills with views of Box Hill. Denbies vineyard and the North Downs Way is on its doorstep. Perfect location for walkers and cyclists alike. It’s a 15 min walk to Dorking Town Centre with all its amenities and 10 min walk to the station with links to London, Gatwick and Reading. The annexe is located above our garage with its own private access via a gate from the driveway next to our family home.

'Vaughans' is in the centre of Shere, Surrey's most picturesque village, home to the film 'The Holiday'. Surrounded by one of the best Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the south of England, it's a perfect location for those who love walking and cycling - two bikes are available to guests. We are within walking distance of Surrey's award winning restaurant, Kinghams, and two friendly local pubs ( our guests receive discount at the pubs ). Ideal for families. couples and solo travellers.

Lullingstone Eynsford Annexe & Private Garden

Along the Darent Valley, minutes from M25 between Dartford and Sevenoaks (outside ULEZ 😁), surrounded by farmland and horses, we are a mile from Eynsford Village and train station. We have the Park and golf course as our back garden and The Roman Villa and Castle/World Gardens as our neighbours. Castle 'Lavender' Farm is a short walk too. Brands Hatch is a short drive. Parking on drive and private access to secure garden. 1 bedroom, bathroom, lounge, smart TV, DVD & fully equipped kitchen

A spacious one bedroom annex with own private entrance integral & part of our home. The bedroom can be set up with either a king sized bed or twin beds. Full bathroom and kitchen with washer/dryer, oven/hob, microwave and dishwasher. Lovely lounge/diner overlooking the garden. Broadband/tv/bedding/towels for your stay. Quiet location near the Basingstoke Canal, within walking distance of West Byfleet railway station with its fast link to London. Ideal for Ascot Races & Wimbledon tennis.

Lovely, light spacious annex with en-suite shower room. It has a separate entrance and access to a deck. Off street parking is available. Situated in a quiet, tree-lined lane, it is a 5 minute drive to Horsley station which has a direct line into London Waterloo. Lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the annex. Dana’s place

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The place has private entrance trough a garden with apple and pear trees that guests can enjoy.There is sitting area in the garden as-well for guest to relax. The place consists of a hall,a newly renovated double bedroom and a new installed bathroom . In the room there is TV connected to Netflix,Disney and all other English channels. Dining table available where guests can enjoy a nice cup of tea or coffee.

Two bedroom self-catering apartment in Arundel

The Lodge is a Self-catering 2 double bedroom apartment accommodating one to four adults. It has it's own separate entrance, self check-in lockbox and free off-road parking spaces. We do have cats on the premises but not allowed in the lodge. We do not accommodate pets or children. Cosy but spacious accommodation within walking distance of Arundel Castle. If you would like an earlier checkin you must book the night before. Otherwise checkin is at 3pm

Pretty garden room in courtyard setting

This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. One towel per person is supplied. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on certain days of the week. This does rather depend on what time I have to go out in the morning, but often we can agree on a time. Please do enquire.

Detached first floor central Hartfield studio

A perfect base for cycling trips and walks on the Ashdown Forest, this detached, self contained first floor studio has stunning, uninterrupted views of fields and wildlife from the living area. Enviably situated in the centre of Hartfield village, this accommodation is literally moments away from the famous Pooh Corner, a must for fans of AA Milne and Winnie the Pooh.

Enjoy this serene space on the outskirts of the beautiful village of Horsted Keynes, five minutes from the Bluebell Railway, Sheffield Park and Ashdown Forest. Take advantage of our gorgeous garden. Ideal for walkers, cyclists and nature enthusiasts! There are lovely woodland walks on our doorstep as well as three major NT properties - and lots of fantastic local pubs.

The Old Forge

A relaxing and private 1 bed converted forge. The Old Forge is a recently renovated former blacksmith's forge. It has been thoughtfully and tastefully restored and now provides a spacious, warm and comfortable space. The Old Forge offers garden views, with a bright and airy feel to an an ancient building. It has it's own entrance.
