The apartment is very spacious and can comfortably host five adults. Each bedroom has a double bed, closet and a working desk with a wireless charging lamp. Extendable corner set sofa in the living room is suitable for 1-2 persons, while the central dining table is extendable for six. Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. Spacious terrace is perfect for relaxation on four loungers, for having early breakfast or a romantic dinner while enjoying the sea view, and the scent of the sea, pine and cypress trees. Located on Lapad peninsula, in a quiet part of Dubrovnik, dining recommendations include a fish restaurant, also called Orsan, in front of the apartment. The apartment is approximately 200 m away from the bus stop from which the bus number 6 will take you to the Old Town. There is a public parking space in front of the apartment, which is partly free of charge. Beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, cafes and bars. Local market is very close where you can find delicious groceries for your meal.

Apartment in Mlini 50m from the sea

Apartment is situated in a village Mlini, in region Župa Dubrovačka, 8 km away from historical old town of Dubrovnik. In beautifull village Mlini you have clean sea, pebble and sandy beaches, promenades near the sea with pine and cypress trees, nice coffee shops and restaurants which are offering tradicional dalmation food. Also village Mlini is close to old town of Dubrovnik. There is a local bus that goes every half hour, taxi or even water taxi so like that you have great opportunity to explore the region by sea and it leaves you right infront of the city walls of Dubrovnik. Apartment is situated 50m from the sea, and that's only 2 minutes walking till the first beach and park with a restaurant. Also near the sea there is a park for children, and next to the park beach and a restaurant. Apartment has a terrace with fireplace and nice shadow from grapewine. Room has double bed, and there is a possibility for two extra beds in living room. There is also toilet and kitchen. In living room there is a television and satellite. Apartment is 10km away from the airport (15 minutes driving). We also offer a free parking place.
