The retreat is located on the first floor of our tri-level house with private entrance at side yard. Large wooden deck around the entire unit which surrounded by seasonal creek, you will feel like being in the forest. All the pictures you see on the list are for guests exclusive use.

You’ll love its rustic atmosphere and the warm cozy feeling of The Stone Cottage, separate bedroom, small gas fireplace stove, and sweet patio to sit and relax or eat a meal. Rancho Mesa Escondida (Hidden Mesa) Adobe ranch house is a peaceful retreat on the bluffs overlooking the ocean, just above Rincon Point and minutes from the seaside town of Carpinteria. With 17 acres of certified organic avocado and citrus orchards, views of the ocean to the south and west, and to the Los Padres mountains on the east. The house, gardens, and pool provide a private, peaceful setting for writer, artist, family, those seeking a quiet retreat.

It is separated from the house by a breezeway with looked doors at both ends. Unit has private parking and entrance. Floor to ceiling window take advantage of the view, but design of the structure and the landscaping maintain your privacy. Unit has separate kitchen, bathtub, shower, washer and dryer.
